Pay Talks 2019 – Unite Update 22nd May

British Airways has contacted the joint union side for discussions to try to break the current deadlock in the Failure to Agree on pay, profit sharing and a sharesave scheme and avoid the need for any further escalation. These discussions will take place over Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

We can only be optimistic that BA will finally see the urgency of the situation and return to the table with a realistic offer and not try to present us with a rehashed version of their previously rejected proposal.

We hope BA will realise that time is now short and that no more is wasted.
